At one time there were a thousand traditional dance halls in Texas. Many of those are already lost, and the ones that remain are at risk. Our dance halls are the most Texas thing there is, and you can help us save them at this celebration of our musical heritage.

This fundraiser for Texas Dance Hall Preservation features many of Texas’ greatest country singers and songwriters, backed by the legendary Redd Volkaert (Merle Haggard, Heybale, etc). Other confirmed performers include Susanna Van Tassel, Teri Joyce, Ted Roddy, Rick Broussard (Two Hoots & A Holler), Chrissy Flatt, Dave Gonzalez (Stone River Boys), Dallas Wayne, Billy Bacon, and many more.

There will also be a silent auction featuring rare music memorabilia and other donated items. All proceeds benefit Texas Dance Hall Preservation Inc. and its ongoing efforts to save our historical Texas Dance Halls.
