• Manage the daily operation including selection, development, performance management of employees
• Optimize profits while increasing sales
• Train and develop staff and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure standards of quality and service are met
• Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week

Server

• Responsible for tracking of prizes and merchandise for game winners of the The Highball as well as ticket tracking and prizes that were received.

Security
