The New Year’s Eve Party Menu

There isn’t a better place to be in Austin on New Year’s Eve than The Highball, one of the reasons being the fantastic 5 course meal Trish Eichelberger and her staff is preparing for you. We now have the scoop on what will be served. Grab a napkin, you might end up drooling while reading this. Below is a course by course description of what you can enjoy as we close out the past decade in style. And don’t forget once you’re finished with dinner, that’s when the dance party starts so you’re whole evening is taken care of once you come to the Highball.

-We will start with a cocktail to open the evening. The Blue Moon, made with gin, lemon juice, creme de violet and maraschino liqueur, will be served at the beginning of the meal.
